Music-Performance Sports League, LLC (MPSL) is the governing body that pioneers a new genre of sports entertainment, "Music-Performance Sports" (MPS). MPSL produces and manages pro sports league-formatted music competitions. Our flagship league, Song vs. Song (SvS), is an online platform that transforms music discovery into a fan-driven pro-level sport.

Juan A. Thompson is the visionary Founder and Commissioner of the Music‑Performance Sports League (MPSL), predecessor of Music‑Sports League. Born in Dayton, OH, and currently residing in Newport News, VA. Juan has 4 adult children: Jayla, Anthony, LaTaysia, and Ashley. He's an avid gamer (PS5), a Dallas Cowboys fan, a former boxer, and his ultimate goal is to see Music-Performance Sports included in the Olympic Games by 2040.
