The SvS–Seven Cities Series is the inaugural official season of SvS–Hampton Roads, the first franchise in the Song vs. Song Sports League (SvS). Sixteen independent artists will be drafted onto teams to compete across three online regular season games. Each game is conducted in a single-elimination format, where every match-up advances the winning song toward that game's championship. In each match, songs are evaluated using proprietary Music-Performance Sports dual-scoring system. Fans score each song on a points scale, while certified judges score songs on designated categories. The combined scores determine the winner of each match-up. Throughout the season, players earn Ranking Points (RPs). These points contribute to both the individual player rankings and each team's overall standings. At the end of the regular season, the team with the highest cumulative Ranking Point total is crowned the SvS–Seven Cities Team Champion. The season then culminates in the Seven Cities Championship, where the top six ranked players, along with two Wild Card qualifiers, compete for the title of SvS–Seven Cities Champion in September 2027.
