Song vs Song Sports League (SvS) is the flagship league of Music-Performance Sports (MPS), transforming music discovery into an interactive, competitive sport. SvS is an Open-Genre league, meaning artists and songs from all musical genres compete head-to-head under one competitive system, Hip-Hop can face Reggae, R&B can face Country, Pop can face Gospel, and any genre can compete against another. Independent artists and AI artists compete in divisional regular-season games using original songs, with competition taking place both online and live. Game outcomes are determined by the public and official judges under the MPS Scoring System, with results directly impacting Player power rankings, divisional standings, and playoff positioning throughout the season. Every game matters as players compete to build fans, build their rankings, and advance through the postseason in pursuit of the ultimate goal: reaching the SvS SUPER MIC, the league championship game.
