These marks are used to identify and distinguish services, programs, competitions, events, media, products, and other activities originating from or authorized by Music-Performance Sports League, LLC.
Trademark Rights
Music-Performance Sports League, LLC reserves all applicable rights in its trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, branding elements, and other source identifiers, including any common-law trademark rights arising from use in commerce.
The use of the ™ symbol indicates that Music-Performance Sports League, LLC claims trademark rights in the applicable mark. The ™ symbol does not represent that a mark has been federally registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
Unless and until a particular mark is federally registered, the ® symbol will not be used in connection with that mark.
Unauthorized Use

Authorized Partners, Licensees, and Franchises
Permission to use a Music-Performance Sports League, LLC trademark does not create ownership rights in that trademark.
Authorized franchises, licensees, sponsors, partners, vendors, media partners, and other approved parties may use MPSL trademarks only to the extent permitted under their applicable written agreement, license, sponsorship agreement, brand guidelines, or other authorization.
All goodwill arising from authorized use of an MPSL trademark shall inure to the benefit of Music-Performance Sports League, LLC to the extent provided by applicable law and the relevant agreement.
No Implied License
