THE LEAGUE:
SvS is the world’s first professional sports league for music performance, where independent artists compete head-to-head with songs in online structured seasons, rankings, and championships, much like the NFL or NBA, but for music. Our platform combines competition, fan engagement, and career advancement into a single ecosystem designed to create sustainable opportunities for independent artists.
Annually, the SvS Draft (held in November), 12 players are selected. All genres and AI-artists are eligible.
In each weekly game, players submit a new, radio-edited song. The public and judges’ scores shape standings, power rankings, and playoff positioning. With a 1-game preseason, an 8-week regular season, and an April playoff and championship built on single-elimination intensity, SvS brings together the tradition of competition and the forward momentum of digital music, creating a dynamic new arena where emerging artists can grow, engage audiences, and compete on a national stage.

PUBLIC RATING POINTS - PRPs
Wednesday - Saturday: Weekly games feature each player's song being presented to the public to rate from 1-10, with the results calculated into an Average Public Rating Score (APRS).
PERFORMANCE POINTS - PPs
On Sundays, official league judges will score songs on DELIVERY, SONG QUALITY, and RADIO READINESS, each from 1-10. The resulting Performance Points (PPs) are added to APRS to calculate each player's official weekly overall score.
SvS POWER RANKINGS
Weekly cumulative points drive the Power Rankings, which ultimately determine the six players who earn a postseason berth in April.
